In Shakespeare's play 'Hamlet', Horatio interrupts Hamlet's conversation with his father's spirit:
Horatio: O day and night, but this is wondrous strange!
Hamlet: And therefore as a stranger give it welcome.
There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.
Horatio is a skeptic: his doubts are mocked by Hamlet's words. For most of my life I have been a skeptic: but Quantum Physics and personal experience have recently woken me up to the spiritual reality of our existence. So much so, that identify with these words of Hamlet which I first heard when I was a young English A level student.

Quantum Revelations
The Industrial Revolution triggered an age of materialism which sought to exclude any talk of the Divine. Darwin's evolution theories have taken on new meaning as our understanding of the world evolves and the Quantum revelations reveal new dimensions to our lives and depths to our understanding of reality. They suggest that we are spiritual beings on a journey.

Ancient Beliefs
I am not religious but it seems to me that we have to examine these recent revelations of science and compare them with the ancient beliefs found in world religions (past and still present) to see if there is any synergy between science and religion which we have not been aware of before.

Weekly Blog
We'll do this in the monthly Blog where we'll cover a vast array of related topics. We can provide speakers on any subject from our list and we'll offer practical help for individuals and groups in personal meditation and spiritual healing.

Balance
'When you are living with balance in your life, you are living with peace and harmony every day. Balance comes in physical forms, emotional forms, and a spiritual form'.
We read a lot about 'Work-Life' balance and understandably so. I have worked with people who have believed that success in their career is more important than anything else and have lost their marriages, their children and their lives as a consequence of this quest for success.

Mind Matters
By way of this website and blogs, we will show that Balance has to be achieved in the whole person before it can be achieved in any other way.
This will be our starting point: we'll look back and we'll look at the present. From ancient times people have sought to heal the imbalances which affect our relationships, our emotions and our state of health.

Reiki Treatment
This know-how appears to have been rediscovered in Japan by Dr Ursui and since then Reiki, which has its antecedents in Tibetan Buddhist practice, and has become a worldwide phenomenon.

We have experience of the effectiveness of Reiki and offer this as part of our service to others.

Modern beliefs have their roots in pre-history. Many of the beliefs of ancient civilisations can still be found in the mainstream religions of today.

Science
Science is often seen as being in opposition to anything spiritual but we believe there is a synergy and a common thread running between them: we believe that there is sufficient evidence to prove that we are spiritual beings and that Science is providing new evidence for this.
​
Many scientists now believe that there is more to the universe than meets the eye: that there may well be a divine guiding hand and this alone makes our adventure through life more exciting.
Maybe we will challenge your perceptions of reality. Maybe we will, at very least, make you think about what you believe.

All well and good: that is our aim and part of our mission.

Evidence Needed
There is plenty of evidence that there may be an afterlife: oddly enough new evidence is being provided by neuroscience and Quantum Physics. Religions have doctrines about life after death. It is my view that none of them can claim to have a monopoly on truth.
